Hello bookseller friends! Thanks for taking the time to order books directly through me for your bookshop. Indie bookstores are my favorite places on earth, and I'm delighted you would consider my books for your reading community.
This order form is booksellers, libraries, or distributors looking to stock more than one of my books at the wholesale price (with a 40-45% discount), ONLY. If you're only looking to stock 1 or 2 titles, please order directly through Ingram for POD shipping at the industry standard discount.
* Shipping averages will be added to EVERY title order (generally $1 each book). If you order in bulk, the shipping cost decreases dramatically.
* I will invoice within a week of the order. If I'm waiting on product, I will contact you with a timeline.
* I am able to offer 45% rates for orders of 20 or more books, in the US. International orders will incur higher shipping costs.
Let's go over a few wholesale things:
Minimum order quantity is 3-5 books for unsigned titles. This can be 3 of one title or various quantities of titles totaling 3. *An order of 5 is preferred!
Shipping costs will be averaged out for every order. Ingram raised prices on authors, also, so to keep costs fair at a 40% discount, I ask for $1 dollar per book, on average. If you order more books, the shipping decreases.
If you are outside of the US, please contact me prior to placing an order so we can decide on the most economical shipping option for you.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive (standard shipping is 10-14 business days through Ingram), in lieu of shipping delays or unforeseen weather events.
Signed books take longer to process, please be aware, and ship locally from my personal warehouse.
All unsigned orders will be shipped direct from the Ingram warehouse to your location.
Full payment is required to process orders.
All wholesale orders are nonrefundable. If you require return shipping, please order books direct through Ingram at the standard rate.

More Ways to Order
On Consignment
We love teaming up with booksellers on consignment! We are happy to package and ship (or deliver, in the Appalachian region, only) consignment orders or 5 or more books. Please contact us for a special consignment order portal.
Consignment orders come with bookplates and shelf-talkers and if hand-delivered, will be signed. If you are outside of the WNC region, orders will be shipped to you from the Ingram warehouse.
Ingram Direct
Our books are available in paperback directly from Ingram at a 40-45% retailer discount. You may search our titles directly on their platform. This is a great option if you require quick, hassle-free drop-shipping or Indiebound access.
Rates and discounts are fixed through Ingram with this option. All books ordered will be fulfilled and shipped directly from the Ingram warehouse.
Publisher Direct
Burnt Leaf Press also stocks and ships its own titles. With this option, we are able to provide up to a 50-55% markdown on our inventory (BULK ORDERS ONLY) with a direct-purchase page built exclusively for you. All books in our inventory are available for wholesale.
Please contact us to access your personal order portal. We will provide you with a password to access the wholesaler page. All orders fulfilled and shipped from Ingram.
